What if the Blueprint doesn't help my business?
If after the audit and the first round of changes you don't see meaningful time savings in the first 30 days, I'll refund the engagement. The risk is mine, not yours.
Do you work remotely or only in Utah?
Most of the work is done remotely and works for owners anywhere in the U.S. Local Salt Lake City clients can request on-site visits.
How is this different from a traditional IT service?
Traditional IT firms bill more when more breaks. The Blueprint is designed to make less break — so my incentive is permanently aligned with yours.
Can I start with coaching without doing the Blueprint?
